How to request a refund
Refunds are processed by our reseller and Merchant of Record, Paddle. To request a refund:
- Visit paddle.net and look up your order using the email address you purchased with, or
- Email us at support@klavora.app with your order number and we will help arrange the refund with Paddle.
Refunds are typically returned to your original payment method within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or card issuer.
Subscription cancellations
You can cancel a recurring subscription at any time via paddle.net. After cancellation, you will continue to have access until the end of your current billing period and will not be charged again.
Statutory rights
This policy is in addition to — and does not affect — any statutory consumer rights you may have under the laws of your country of residence.
