Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Klavora (the "Service"), operated by Asraful Sarker ("we", "us", "our"), an individual sole trader. By creating an account, purchasing a blueprint, or otherwise using the Service, you agree to these Terms.

1. The Service

Klavora is a software product that generates written blueprints — recommended tools, build sequences, cost estimates, and starter prompts — for ideas you describe. Blueprints are informational. They are not professional advice (legal, financial, medical, or otherwise).

2. Eligibility & accounts

You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, to use Klavora. You are responsible for keeping your account credentials confidential and for all activity under your account. Information you give us must be accurate and kept up to date.

3. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service in any unlawful way, or for fraud, spam, or harassment.
• Infringe the intellectual property or other rights of any third party.
• Attempt to interfere with the Service's security, including probing, scraping, distributing malware, or circumventing access controls.
• Reverse engineer, resell, or redistribute the Service or its outputs as your own product.

4. Intellectual property

We retain all rights, title, and interest in the Service, including its software, branding, documentation, and underlying prompts and models. Subject to these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use blueprints we generate for you for your own personal or business purposes.

5. Payment, billing & subscriptions

Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns. Payment, billing, tax, cancellation, and refund mechanics are governed by Paddle's Checkout Buyer Terms.

Recurring plans renew automatically at the end of each billing period until cancelled. You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time via paddle.net.

6. Generative AI — your responsibility

Klavora uses generative AI models. Outputs may be inaccurate, incomplete, or out of date. You are responsible for: (a) the prompts and information you provide, (b) how you use the outputs, including verifying accuracy before relying on them, and (c) ensuring you have the rights to any content you submit. Outputs are not a substitute for professional advice in regulated domains (legal, medical, financial, tax).

Prohibited uses include generating illegal content, deepfakes, hate speech, malware, content infringing third-party rights, or content intended to deceive or harm. If you believe content generated through the Service infringes your rights, contact us and we will review the report and act in accordance with applicable law, including removing content and suspending repeat infringers.

7. Service availability

We strive to keep Klavora available but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, including implied warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose.

8. Suspension & termination

We may suspend or terminate your access if you materially breach these Terms, fail to pay, pose a security or fraud risk, or repeatedly violate our policies. You may stop using the Service at any time. On termination, your right to use the Service ends; we may delete your data after a reasonable retention period.

9. Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability arising out of or related to the Service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, special, or incidental damages, including loss of profits, data, or goodwill. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law (such as fraud, death, or personal injury caused by negligence).

10. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless against claims arising from content you submit, your unlawful use of the Service, or your breach of these Terms.

11. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated by updating the "Last updated" date and, where appropriate, by notice through the Service.

12. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the country in which the seller resides, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Disputes will be resolved in the competent courts of that jurisdiction, unless mandatory consumer-protection law in your country of residence requires otherwise.
